The front end communicates data with ERP / EPS / SCM, issues documents through ERP, transmits the supplier's planned delivery note (ASN) through EPS, confirms the supplier's delivery, receives, inspects and returns to the warehouse, and uploads the ERP system in time. It is associated with the MES system, coordinates with the MES system to integrate packaging, and tracks the data of picking (MSD control), returning and receiving finished products, Data exchange with other production systems to ensure data integrity. It is suitable for multi architecture and multi warehouse use. The delivery data can be changed and verified in a complete set. It can analyze the data information of receipt, delivery, inventory and inventory.

We have conducted preliminary industry research and analysis, and know how to build a WMS system more in line with enterprise business. For the design of WMS system infrastructure, we should start from several aspects:

First, data bottom layer: select large databases and hardware with strong data throughput capacity, which can meet business operations of at least ten million levels.

Second, data security: select dual computer hot standby + CDP real-time monitoring backup to effectively ensure the stable operation of the system. Now network security has become a serious challenge faced by major enterprises. Therefore, in addition to business functions, the system architecture design should also pay more attention to security. It can respond to problems in time and switch in time in case of failure, without affecting the operation of the company's business.

Third, data interface: the system focuses on the coordination and management of the supply chain and works with upstream and downstream systems. It is necessary to establish a standard restful API interface platform, production system interface platform and business system interface platform.

Fourth, enterprise planning: it should comply with the company's overall planning for information construction, and do not choose too many platforms or minority development languages, otherwise it will increase unnecessary later operation costs and waste the company's resources.
